A plain square in warm cognac, broken by two vertical bands of fine braiding that run the full height of the face: the sort of detail that comes off saddlery rather than upholstery. The ground is smooth and slightly matte; the braided bands catch light differently, which is the only contrast the piece needs. In a room of cream and stone it brings the one warm note. Cover only, so it can be filled to whatever firmness the sofa actually needs.
