A tissue case carved from a solid block of dark timber, with every edge rounded off.
There are no corners on it anywhere. The whole form is softened until it sits in the hand like a river stone. A single slot runs along the top, cut narrow so the tissue holds its shape as it comes through, and the grain is left visible under a low sheen.
It is heavy for its size, which is what stops it sliding about when used. It suits a desk, a bedside table, or a coffee table where a paper carton would look like an intrusion.
